Hi, I have been using Zulutrade as a follower a little over a year now. With several different accounts, I have had my ups and downs with consistent SPs that suddenly crashed. Based on this, I have started trading on my own with reasonable success. To me, a lot of the anxiety around an SP concerns predictability and strategy so here goes:
*Update: EUR/CHF is now re-introduced*
1) The following pairs are traded: AUD/NZD and EUR/CHF.
2) The strategy is tied to the long-term AUD/NZD trading range of 1,00-1,36 as well as the range of EUR/CHF
3) TP is 50-100 pips for AUD/NZD / SL is outside of the trading range so app. -100-1.600 pips. Significantly less for EUR/CHF due to smaller range.
4) All trades are done manually with fixed TP/SL - I haven't really tried an EA.
I will provide updates before any changes to my strategy so that followers get a heads-up.
I urge you to follow with a demo account first. Should you decide to follow with real money, please start with 1 microlot and then increase on a monthly basis depending on performance. Keep the Margin Call o'meter under 50% and respect the calculated NME. I have had unnecessary margin calls as a follower and it is horrible.
