Hey! The strategy does not use martingale or grid. The automatic Expert Advisor "Breakthrough Strategy" is trading. Each position has a virtual SL (hidden from the broker), taking into account the spread, which is important when closing Sell positions. However, since the strategy trades on a weekly gap, the gap can significantly exceed the SL and large losses are possible (this sometimes happens). But for 4 years now, we have had a positive annual return, i.e. over time, drawdowns are recouped.
