Status update!
My strategy is based on identifying assets that show a dominant trend, either upward or downward. During an ongoing trend, temporary price retracements, known as pullbacks, often occur. It is at these times that I look for opportunities to enter the market.
My first analysis step is to identify key support and resistance levels. These levels can be determined using technical indicators, price patterns or other analysis methodologies. Once identified, I carefully observe price behaviour as it approaches these levels.
The ideal time to enter is when price shows signs of recovering in the direction of the dominant trend. I look for additional confirmation using momentum indicators or reversal patterns to confirm that the pullback has ended and the main trend is resuming.
Risk management is a key part of my strategy. I set stop losses to limit losses in the event of a trend reversal and use take profit orders to set profit targets. I also constantly monitor the market and, if necessary, adjust my strategy according to changing conditions.
I am convinced that the pullback represents an opportunity to enter the market in a disciplined manner and with controlled risk. My technique has allowed me to seize many profitable trading opportunities over the years.
