I use breakout system on XAUUSD. I only trade when there is an opening in the market and follow market direction. Breakout never lie, with market direction and accurate zone i can entry without hesitation. Breakouts are significant events in technical analysis and are closely monitored by traders as they can indicate the potential beginning of a new trend or a continuation of an existing trend. Always have SL in my trade. Rarely trade on news as it has high impact on the market. identify key support and resistance levels using technical analysis tools, such as trend lines, horizontal lines, and moving averages. Support and resistance levels act as barriers or boundaries where the price of a currency pair tends to reverse or break out. wait for a breakout to be confirmed when the price closes above the resistance level for a bullish breakout or below the support level for a bearish breakout. Increased trading volume and volatility are considered as confirmation signals of the breakout. enter a long position when a bullish breakout occurs and the price closes above the resistance level. enter a short position when a bearish breakout occurs and the price closes below the support level. Stop-loss and take-profit levels are set to manage risk and lock in profits.
